Sharon G. Druker is a partner in our Business Law Group and the head of its Corporate Services Department. Her practice focuses on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, the purchase/sale and debt/equity-based financing of businesses, as well as the preparation of shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements and other commercial transactions.
She has over 35 years of experience in providing tailored legal solutions to support the operational and transaction needs of individuals, partnerships and corporations in Canada, the United States and abroad.
