Our ties were recently evidenced by two publications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the second year in a row, <a href=\"\/en\/team\/sharon-g-druker\/\">Sharon G. Druker, Ad.\u00a0E.<\/a>, wrote the chapter on the Quebec regime in <i>Buying and Selling Real Estate<\/i>, a guide on the purchase and sale of real estate in some 30 jurisdictions. The guide can be downloaded at no cost . Sharon is also coauthor since 2015 of the chapter on Canada in the annual edition of <i>Establishing a Business Entity<\/i>, from the same association. It can be downloaded , also at no cost.<\/li>\n<li>As our firm celebrates its 100th anniversary, <a href=\"\/en\/team\/herbert-z-pinchuk\/\">Herbert Z.
